Our Inherent Human Rights Under Natural (Natures) Law.

What Is Natural Law?

 NATURAL LAW. Let’s break the terms down. NATURAL: Inherent in nature, reality, and truth; NOT man-made or caused by humankind. LAW: an existing condition which is binding and immutable (cannot be changed based on location, time, political whims).

Working definition: Universal, non-man-made, binding and immutable conditions that govern the consequences of human behavior. Natural Law is a body of UNIVERSAL SPIRITUAL LAWS which act as the governing dynamics of consciousness. Our constitution was based upon the principles of NATURAL LAW.

Social Contract Theory: A Marxist Ideology? 

Read a comparison of the Social Contract Theory under Natural Law according to Thomas Hobbs, John Locke, and Jean Jacques Rousseau.  Social contract theories provide that rational individuals will agree by contract,

compact, or covenant to give up the condition of unregulated freedom in exchange for the security of a civil society governed by a just, binding rule of law. Locke believed that natural rights were inalienable, and therefore the rule of God superseded government authority, while Rousseau believed that democracy (self-rule) was the best way to ensure welfare while maintaining individual freedom under the rule of law. The Lockean concept of the social contract was invoked in the United States Declaration of Independence. Social contract theories were eclipsed in the 19th century in favor of utilitarianism, Hegelianism and Marxism. These are "Collectivist" ideologies. Collectivism is a term used to describe any doctrine that stresses the importance of a collective, rather than the importance of the individual. Collectivists believe the individual should be subordinate to the collective, which may be a group of individuals, a whole society, a state, a nation, a race, or a social class. Thus, collectivism contrasts with individualism, which emphasizes the liberty of the individual.

A constitution is a particular form of organic law for a sovereign state. Let's be honest—most U.S. citizens are uninformed as it relates to their rights and the "Organic Laws" of this country. FDA Regulations under 21 U.S.C. 360

The FDA states under 21 U.S.C 360 that recipients have to be informed of the option to accept or refuse administration of the Emergency Use Authorization product and the HEALTH consequences of refusing not EMPLOYMENT consequences of refusing!!

OSHA is NOT protecting workers who refuse vaccinations!!


OSHA  REVERSED the following guidance regarding whether adverse

reactions experienced by employees who take the shot under certain conditions or arrangements

are recordable on OSHA’s recordkeeping log: See May 22, 2021 guidance below. 


Q: If I require my employees to take the COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of their

employment, are adverse reactions to the vaccine recordable?


A: If you require your employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment (i.e.,

for work-related reasons), then any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine

is work-related. The adverse reaction is recordable if it is a new case under 29

CFR 1904.6 and meets one or more of the general recording criteria in 29 CFR

1904.7.10 (Emphasis added).


Q: I do not require my employees to get the COVID-19 vaccine. However, I do

recommend that they receive the vaccine and may provide it to them or make

arrangements for them to receive it offsite. If an employee has an adverse

reaction to the vaccine, am I required to record it?


A: No. Although adverse reactions to recommended COVID-19 vaccines may be

recordable under 29 CFR 1904.4(a) if the reaction is: (1) work-related, (2) a new

case, and (3) meets one or more of the general recording criteria in 29 CFR 1904.7,

OSHA is exercising its enforcement discretion to only require the recording of

adverse effects to required vaccines at this time. Therefore, you do not need to

record adverse effects from COVID-19 vaccines that you recommend, but do not require. (Emphasis added).


Note that for this discretion to apply, the vaccine must be truly voluntary. For

example, an employee’s choice to accept or reject the vaccine cannot affect their

performance rating or professional advancement. An employee who chooses not

to receive the vaccine cannot suffer any repercussions from this choice. If

employees are not free to choose whether or not to receive the vaccine

without fearing adverse action, then the vaccine is not merely

“recommended” and employers should consult the above FAQ regarding COVID19 vaccines that are a condition of employment. (Emphasis added).


On May 22, 2021, OSHA’s updated FAQ stated as follows:


Q: Are adverse reactions to the COVID-19 vaccine recordable on the OSHA

recordkeeping log?


A: DOL and OSHA, as well as other federal agencies, are working diligently to

encourage COVID-19 vaccinations. OSHA does not wish to have any appearance

of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination, and also does not

wish to disincentivize employers’ vaccination efforts. As a result, OSHA will not

enforce 29 CFR 1904’s recording requirements to require any employers to record

worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination through May 2022. We will

reevaluate the agency’s position at that time to determine the best course of action

moving forward.
